If you’re looking for convenient parking right by the terminal, Meet & Greet is the best option.

When you arrive at the airport, park your car in one of the bays in the Meet & Greet area, leave your keys at the Meet & Greet reception and head to check-in.

One of our fully insured drivers will move your car to a safe and secure car park for the duration of your trip, before returning it to the Meet & Greet area for your onward journey when you return.

There is a Multi Storey parking option close to each terminal, and most of the spaces are undercover, giving you peace of mind that your vehicle is safe from the elements.

With Automatic Number Plate Recognition, our system will recognise your vehicle registration and open the barrier for you. All you need to do is park and head to check-in.

Drop & Go at Manchester Airport is perfect if you're looking for a convenient, fuss-free parking option. Just pull into a parking bay and drop your keys at the kiosk, then it's just a short shuttle bus ride to the terminals.

One of our fully insured drivers will move your car to a safe and secure facility while you're away. When you return, simply collect your keys from the kiosk and you'll find your car in the returns area ready for your onward journey.

Frequently asked questions

What happens once I have completed my booking?

When you have completed your car park booking, you’ll be shown a booking confirmation page, which will contain important information about your reservation. Make you sure read the page carefully and print a copy for your records.

We will also send you a booking confirmation email. Please make sure you enter a valid email address when you make your booking to ensure you receive the email. It's also important that you check the details, including your vehicle registration.

Your booking is valid even if you don’t receive the confirmation email. However, if you don’t receive the email, make sure you check your junk folder.

How do I amend my booking?

To amend your car park reservation online, head to the Manage Booking portal and follow the instructions. You can also get in touch with our team through the contact us page.

You do not need to amend your booking if you’re arriving or departing less than 6 hours either side of the time and date of your original booking. We offer a 6-hour grace period that does not incur extra fees.

Please note, you can only amend your booking up to 72 hours before your reservation begins. Amendments are subject to our terms and conditions.

What should I do if my vehicle details change?

You can change the vehicle details for your reservation up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. Follow the instructions in the Manage Booking portal.

How do I cancel my car park booking?

To cancel your booking, follow the step by step instructions on the Manchester Airport Manage Booking page. Refunds are only available if you cancel more than 72 hours before your booking is due to start, unless you have purchased cancellation protection.

What should I do if my booking reference isn’t recognised on the Manchester Airport website?

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, and your booking reference isn’t recognised in the Manage Booking portal, you may have made your reservation through a third-party site.

Make sure you follow the instructions on how to amend or cancel your booking set out in your booking confirmation email. If you’re still having problems, use our contact us page.

Can I book my airport parking on the same day as travel?

While we highly recommend that you reserve your car parking space in advance, it is possible to pre-book on the day of travel, subject to availability.

You must make the booking at least 2 hours before your arrival, or 6 hours if you’re booking Meet & Greet. It is not possible to turn up to our car parks without a reservation.

What happens if I return later than the time or date on my booking?

We only apply overstay charges if you leave the car park more than 6 hours after the departure time stated in your original booking.

For late departures over this 6-hour cut off, we charge an overstay fee for the rest of that day and each day that follows. The charges depend on the car park you have booked, but all details are clearly laid out in section 6 of our car parking terms and conditions.
